Hi Michelle,
Prior to the seller moving forward with regards to your kind offer they would like to see a copy of your signed agreement on the sale of your property. We'd like to see the qualifications of the buyer, percentage down and contingency periods.
The business manager prefers your offer because of the fact that you have family in the area and your letter helped alot. They have an offer that is non subject to the sale of another property but again, liked your letter.
Please let me know if getting more info on the sale of your property is possible.
